Lead company-wide efficiency at Sword Health - ensuring every dollar, hire, and process becomes an impact multiplier as we continue to scale globally. This is not about cutting costs, it’s about building visibility, driving automation and AI adoption, and helping Sword grow faster without doubling its cost base. The Finance Team at Sword plays a pivotal role in scaling the company and driving sustainable growth. What you’ll be doing: Oversee all company spend, from direct (hardware, supply chain) to indirect (software, vendors, marketing, professional services) to staff costs. Partner with FP&A and all budget owners to connect hiring, vendor, and automation decisions to measurable ROI. Build systems / dashboards that create transparency and accountability across every spend category. Identify and lead automation or process redesign initiatives that increase output and speed across the company. Manage and grow a team to execute initiatives. Work directly with the CFO, CEO, and other leaders to design how Sword scales from here.
