Manage all aspects of trade show planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and growth marketing) to ensure event goals are met and aligned with overall marketing strategy. Oversee the creation of event materials, including signage, presentations, promotional items, and digital content. In partnership with the growth marketing team, analyze event performance and ROI, providing post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Provide directional leadership on managing exhibit vendors, executing trade show plans, and coordinating the travel, transportation, logistics, and other key elements of each event as needed. Experience in creating engaging in-booth experiences and activations as well as creative side events.
