Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic and technically savvy Solutions Engineer to partner closely with the Deel IT Sales Team. In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and Product teams to support prospective clients as they explore Deel’s fast-growing IT product suite—ranging from global hardware procurement to Device Lifecycle Management Logistics, MDM and Endpoint Security. You’ll be instrumental in translating complex client needs into actionable, scalable, and compliant solutions—supporting every stage of the sales process from discovery through to implementation hand-off. You will design and present tailored IT solution packages that may include device procurement/leasing models, HRIS integrations, global device lifecycle solutions, and SLA-backed managed services. Advise on implementation considerations across multiple geographies, including compliance, import/export logistics, and local market nuances.
