The Team Lead, Country Finance Manager will oversee the financial activities of multiple Deel entities within NAM and ensure efficient management of financial performance. This position includes driving financial strategy, managing accounting and financial reporting processes, optimizing cash flow and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves regional financial management & reporting, compliance & risk management, audit oversight, cash flow management, stakeholder management, cost control & optimization, ad-hoc projects, and team development, including mentoring junior team members and line management. Key requirements include being a qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in high-tech companies, proficiency in managing payroll ERP systems (NetSuite advantageous), global exposure, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication skills.
