Director of Product Payroll Compliance

As the Director of Product Payroll Compliance, you will lead efforts to develop scalable payroll engines across the Americas and ensure our solutions are compliant and efficient. With a strong focus on research, project management, and stakeholder collaboration, you’ll drive initiatives that power our growth while navigating the complexities of regional compliance. In this role, you will lead research to develop compliant payroll engines across the Americas, collaborate with the development team to design and optimize workflows that align with local regulatory requirements, and ensure legislative changes are incorporated into engine configurations promptly and accurately. You will also develop resources and frameworks to support compliance decision-making, drive end-to-end project execution for payroll system enhancements, manage a team of compliance professionals, and act as the primary liaison between compliance, engineering and product teams.
