Team Lead, Learning Design

We’re looking for a strategic and practical Team Lead, Learning Design to help us build a world-class, remote-first learning function at Deel. You’ll lead a small but mighty team of designers to deliver results-focused learning and engagement programs, while shaping the future of how we design, deliver, and scale high-quality design work across our global business. You’ll need to thrive in fast-moving, sometimes scrappy environments where the pace is high and ambiguity is part of the challenge. You’ll bring strong consultancy instincts, working closely with internal stakeholders (including the people team, internal communications, and directly with business leaders) to translate their needs into creative, effective solutions. You’ll play a key role in levelling up our learning design infrastructure - laying the foundations for a true Design Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the People team - and supporting our overall people experience and engagement goals.
