Job Description
Lead end-to-end implementations of Deel’s HR solutions for clients, including HRIS, Compensation, Performance, Learning, Career, and Recruiting modules. Consult clients on HR processes, policies, and best practices, tailoring Deel’s platform to their needs. Manage data migrations from clients’ legacy HR systems to Deel, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity. Oversee project planning, timelines, stakeholder communication, and issue escalation to deliver successful implementations. Provide expert training and guidance to clients on Deel’s features and functionality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborate closely with internal teams - including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering - to ensure seamless customer experiences. Contribute to improving implementation processes, documentation, and best practices.
