Job Description

As a German Payroll Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient payroll processing for Deel's clients. You'll have responsibility for managing all related work processes, giving you the opportunity to significantly impact our clients' operations and contribute to their success. Your daily tasks will include maintaining payroll records (new hires, leavers, transfers, contractual changes etc.), validating all payments and deductions, and processing data before and after the monthly payroll in various systems and databases. You'll also support and advise clients on employment contracts, policies, taxes, mandatory insurance and social security regulations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of monthly payroll files. Build and nurture our customer relationships to deliver world class service.
