Job Description

As the HR Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that Deel's employees have a smooth, efficient, and positive experience across all HR processes. From onboarding to offboarding, you’ll work closely with global teams to address employee queries, assist with HR administration, and help implement HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Your role will ensure that employees feel supported, informed, and engaged as they navigate Deel's systems and processes in over 90 countries. Responsibilities include being the in house HR expert for the assigned region, owning the EOR employee lifecycle, providing a high-level of support to EOR employees, admin support, and providing a high touch local experience where required.
