Job Description
Deel is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead and expand our Benefits business on behalf of our customers all over the world, reporting to the COO, you will lead the P&L and develop the strategic direction for our global benefits solutions. Partner with product teams to build scalable benefits solutions, focusing on multi-country coverage, cost efficiency, and streamlined administration. Lead with data, using market insights and customer feedback to guide business decisions and product evolution. Drive cross-functional alignment and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. Champion the Benefits business unit's growth initiatives, including new market expansion and strategic carrier/vendor partnerships. Optimize broker networks and carrier relationships to enhance benefit offerings while managing costs and drive innovation in benefits technology integration and administration to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
