Own and execute the strategic plan for your product categories, including top-line growth and contribution margin performance. Lead cross-functional collaboration across merchandising, sourcing, marketing, inventory, and logistics to optimize category health and business outcomes. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that inhibit category growth—personally diving into execution when necessary.

We are seeking a VP, Adoption to lead our post-sales organization and drive operational excellence in delivering complex technical implementations involving transitions from traditional CAD tools to Higharc. This role requires someone who can build scalable systems, build and run a pro services P&L, and establish world-class implementation methodologies while maintaining the speed and agility required in our fast-paced startup environment.
