Regional Technology Coordinators (RTCs) help teams develop and deploy data tools, transition from paper to electronic data collection, and improve our data flows. This role leads Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning technology for the Asia team. The Regional Technology Coordinator will lead MEAL technology planning and implementation for all countries and projects in Asia region.

As a Senior Solution Engineer at Onit, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to clients utilizing our suite of products by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues as well as performance optimization, ensuring seamless and successful experience with our solutions, working cross-functionally with teams across Engineering, Product Management, and Professional Services.

The Systems Engineer designs and implements complex systems in Corporate, Operational Technology, and customer environments. They ensure integration, provide support, and troubleshoot issues while working with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure performance and reliability. You will offer senior IT support and align IT with business goals, deliver technical support, perform pre-sales, and ensure seamless operations.

This position is primarily responsible for managing and providing Tier 1 technical support for TrustArc’s award-winning Data Privacy Management Platforms, answering all inbound client inquiries and quickly resolving issues. The role involves utilizing client-based tools, documenting, and contributing to product development.
