We are seeking a skilled Developer - Dynamics Professional to design, implement, and optimize our CRM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and extend Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service) to align with business processes and drive digital transformation. You will configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules. You will also develop plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows to automate processes.

We are looking for a fully remote, experienced Software Design Engineer to be a part of a team that is focused on building cutting-edge AI infrastructure for Copilot Studio. The mission is to accelerate the AI development lifecycle through streamlined CI/CD pipelines and transparent benchmarking for GPT models, open-source models, and in-house models.

Manage clients within the assigned Microsoft business units including account planning, P&L and margin management, sales, proposal development, team management, delivery supervision, and reporting of account progress. Manage client relationships, build/manage a portfolio up to $10M, own the opportunity management cycle, collaborate with all delivery stakeholders, create and develop the account plan.
