Data Analyst, Risk and Operational Performance

• Lead cross-functional projects with analysts, scientists, engineers, and product teams to build data pipelines using Airflow, Python, and DBT
• Develop and automate reporting of key performance indicators across core services teams
• Experiment, test hypotheses, and translate insights into action

Skills You Should Hold:

• Experience working with fraud, funding, finance and customer support teams to analyze and optimize operational performance across the business systems
• Capable of creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex insights clearly
• A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor, such as analytics, software engineering or economics
