What you’ll do:

  • Review, draft and negotiate complex healthcare partnership and government contract deals as the lead attorney.
  • Counsel and advise stakeholders on legal issues impacting the business.
  • Serve as a strategic thinker who operates to shape company-wide risk strategy.

Requirements:

  • Has 8-10 years combined law firm and in-house experience, with at least 4 years of experience as a dedicated transactional healthcare attorney and at least 2 years of government contracting experience.
  • Deep working knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA/HITECH, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Physician Self-Referral Law (Stark).
  • Exceptional drafting skills, including experience negotiating and preparing sophisticated commercial, clinical and strategic healthcare agreements and government contracts
