Procurement Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate vendor contracts and protect Vanta and its customers.
• Manage escalations and collaborate across teams.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations, communicating changes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience and JD degree with SaaS agreement negotiation.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contract & corporate law.
• Ability to create legal strategies and build operationally excellent processes.
