Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead negotiations and draft various agreements.
- Revenue Enablement: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams.
- Vendor & Procurement: Review SaaS agreements and professional services contracts.
- Policy & Process Development: Build scalable contract templates and processes.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Identify legal and compliance risks, develop mitigation strategies.
