Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Advise on a wide range of corporate and transactional legal issues.
-Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of business agreements.
-Assist in implementing the company's legal strategy and managing legal operations.
Qualifications:
-Juris doctorate from an accredited US law school.
-Member in good standing of at least one US State Bar.
-Substantive professional legal experience negotiating and drafting legal documents.
