Attentive is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its legal team, someone with superb legal experience and strong business judgment. This person will help structure, draft, and review Attentive’s software agreements with customers and contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. They will work closely with revenue, marketing, finance, people, and product teams; location is flexible, but working hours will be based on East Coast time.
