As Legal Counsel for the Athletics, the successful candidate will be part of a small in-house legal team that is tackling some of the most exciting issues in baseball working on matters that require impeccable judgement and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to proactively counsel internal clients, negotiate agreements, support innovative organizational initiatives, and help identify and manage legal risks.

Draft, review, and negotiate digital asset loan agreements, including with traditional financial institutions and other digital asset organisations. You will also draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts in the general digital asset space, including anything from fiat ramps to marketing agreements. Support day-to-day commercial contracting, including service agreements and customer/supply side documents. Work closely with product, operations, admin and risk teams to enable existing and new business initiatives across MENA and globally.
