About the Job:
- Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel of Dartmouth Health.
- The role oversees all contract drafting and review for employed physicians and providers within the system.
- Performs appropriate regulatory analyses for provider compensation arrangements and financial relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active licensure with a State Bar, as well as the ability to obtain licensure in the New Hampshire Stare Bar within one year of hire.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience is required along with strong legal writing and communication skills.
