Director, Corporate Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Support our B2B team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of B2B and enterprise agreements.
• Support and advise on EAP, employer, and health plan partnership arrangements.
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, product, and business development teams.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of relevant legal experience and 3+ years of healthcare related legal work experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and active member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a focus on enabling business growth while maintaining compliance.
