About the Role:

  • Manage the Company’s commercial transactions from end-to-end
  • Advise internal stakeholders on risks and business goals
  • Develop, improving and scaling processes and systems related to contract management.

What you will do:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
  • Maintain and improve contract templates, approval matrices, and internal guidance relating to transactional issues
  • Manage and develop transactional processes, including contract lifecycle management

What you will bring to the team:

  • 3+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
  • A J.D. from a U.S. law school and admitted to a state bar
  • No fear of technical, financial, or data science concepts
