As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work within the commercial reactive works team and assist the operational side to ensure successful delivery of the Framework contracts, maintaining both internal and client relationships to maximise commercial returns & manage risk. You will implement commercial strategy, manage a contract cost reporting system, forecast project costs, and manage the subcontract tender process.

Responsible for overseeing all construction operations in our Columbus region and will lead and manage construction teams whether supporting development work, supply chain management, project accounting, or for the direct execution of construction projects. Demands strategic planning skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
