The Manager, Load Tariff Origination will negotiate, contract and oversee energy management strategies for large loads in the ERCOT and Southwest Power Pool (SPP) regions, requiring a unique combination of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience in energy management.

This role advances all aspects of siting, identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing land while working closely with the development team on other greenfield-related activities. The Project Manager position is an integral role. Responsibilities include site prospecting, leading land acquisition efforts, meeting with targeted landowner groups, and tracking project real estate. Identifying project risks and solutions is also a key function.
