Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the overall construction effort.
- Contract and Budget ownership for direct contracts as assigned.
- Negotiate costs within the scope of the projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years proven experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or other relevant discipline is preferred.
- New-built project experience, ideally on major real estate projects/programmes.
