Translate operational needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
Facilitate workshops to define and prioritize defects, enhancements, and system improvements.
Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization.

Application Testing:

Execute functional, integration, and regression testing activities.
Validate defect fixes, configuration changes, and system releases.
Document test results, defects, and remediation status.

Operational Support:

Assist in documenting operational workflows and dispatch processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system modernization.
Act as a liaison between operational users and technical teams.
