Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Services provided and management of incidents.
- Serves as a single point of contact with authority over, and accountability for, the Services delivery responsibilities.
- Will have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the delivery of the Services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 12 years of experience or a Masters degree and 10 years of experience or a High School diploma and 16 years of experience.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Program Manager
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience identifying current and future staffing needs of programs
- Knowledge and experience with Service Level Agreements
- Intrinsically motivated with excellent communication skills, and ability to lead and manage a geographically dispersed team.
