Accountabilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for incident communication and provide timely updates to users and stakeholders.
- Monitor incident queues and escalate issues as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Triage and lead major incidents to ensure timely resolution as per the agreed SLA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing SAP AMS portfolio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
