Work closely with the Enterprise Applications team to do necessary analysis and configurations to meet business requirements. Partner with business users to ensure systems are directly aligned with their current business and reporting requirements. Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Testing, and Implementation. Develop business requirement documents and functional specifications.
Responsible for gathering and maintaining business and system requirements for mid to large enterprise applications. Design and document SAP Federal Financials solutions, including configuration and customization to address client requirements. Ensure seamless integration between SAP Federal Financials and other SAP modules as well as third-party systems.
Conceptual SAP RMCA or FICA Knowledge with solid conceptual understanding of SAP RMCA/FICA and its role as a standalone subledger. Process Management with Knowledge of AR processes specific to RMCA, including revenue management, contract accounting, and collections. Strong expertise in managing interfaces between SAP RMCA and external CRM and Billing systems.
Front line phone support for Customers, Field Engineers, and Sales Professionals. Professionally answer incoming calls, understand the customer’s needs and their environment to resolve Tier 1 customer issues. Accurately document reported complaints within CRM database. Understand processes and make recommendations to improve overall team efficiency and provide a superior level of customer support and satisfaction.
