What you’ll do:
- Own monitoring of post-sales SME delivery programs for commercial and enterprise accounts.
- Lead cross-functional alignment: Coordinate with customer success managers (CSMs), GRC SMEs, and Product (EPD).
- Standardize + scale playbooks: Work with SMEs and CSMs to define repeatable processes.
How to be successful:
- Program management + stakeholder leadership: Ability to run a cross-functional program at-scale.
- GRC / audit fluency: Experience working in a GRC role and a functional knowledge of inputs/outputs into a successful GRC program.
- Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
