As a front-line member of Authentic8’s Security & Reliability Operations (SRO) team, you will split time between the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) and the broader SRO engineering squad. You will safeguard service availability, security, and compliance by monitoring dashboards, triaging incidents, hardening systems, automating away toil, and shipping well-tested code and infrastructure changes.
Collaborate with Development Teams to understand their needs and provide operational support. Maintain and monitor application environments across different AWS regions to ensure optimal performance and availability. Implement and manage infrastructure changes and updates using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments using tools like GitLab CI. Actively participate in incident management processes and ensure quick resolution of operational issues.
Our company is looking for a DevOps Engineer Agile to support our Lynx team. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability and proper operation of the application. The IT system MPS serves as the payment platform for processing transactions with payment methods such as PayPal, credit cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, and more. Collaborative and close partnership with the entire team, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of the application is expected.
