Design and implement streaming and batch data systems that move and transform information reliably and efficiently across Blip’s platform. Champion data modeling excellence, ensuring high-quality, discoverable data for real-time consumption. Key responsibilities include data engineering & pipeline architecture, modeling & storage, and reliability, quality & observability.
You’ll play a key role in building the teams that shape our product and brand presence across multiple markets, collaborating closely with hiring managers, the People team, and department leads to identify hiring needs and craft effective recruitment strategies. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for primarily non-technical roles, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and contributing to process optimization.

The Service Technician is a utility player who can support Service, Installation, Job Closeout, Permitting/Inspection, etc. They are the go-to person to help with ongoing Services needs throughout the 25+ year lifespan of a customer’s solar system, helping to build strong lifetime customer relationships.
