In This Role:
- Serve as a Senior Program Manager responsible for driving operational excellence.
- Lead concurrent programs while operating in a fast-paced, tactical environment.
- Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve system integrator requests within 24–48 hour SLAs.
- Develop and standardize SOPs, process documentation, and reporting dashboards.
- Communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5–7 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- 2–5 years of ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
