Bluesight

Support the implementation of Bluesight SaaS products for hospital customers as an Associate Data Analyst. You will contribute to a successful customer experience by setting up infrastructure, analyzing data, responding to technical questions, and building tools. Duties include validating data input, communicating data findings, and collaborating with the implementation, product, and engineering teams.

The Cost Check Spend Optimization Manager is responsible for maintaining and supporting accounts through every stage of the customer journey. This role plays a critical part in ensuring hospitals maximize their pharmacy savings opportunities by driving consistent engagement, monitoring performance, and supporting both customers and internal teams with expert insights.

Drive the planning and execution of complex technical initiatives with the Engineering department, ensuring alignment across engineering teams, product, and other stakeholders. Define program scope, manage timelines, identify risks, and facilitate communication to ensure the successful delivery of Engineering roadmap items that provide critical infrastructure and security for Bluesight’s products.

Lead a team building and managing cloud infrastructure and tooling which is robust, extensible, and secure. You'll work closely with other Engineering leadership to enable product roadmap delivery, while modernizing our cloud infrastructure, optimizing cloud spend, and improving security. Oversee daily operations across DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure functional domains, working to unblock the team.

As a Drug Diversion Analyst at Bluesight, you will guide customers with their proactive drug diversion monitoring program using the Bluesight platform. Responsibilities include guiding customers through complex workflows, assisting with developing policies and procedures, and aiding in the investigation of cases.
