Implementation Specialist - Procurement Solutions

Role Overview:

• Bluesight is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead client implementations of Procurement Solutions.
• This role manages complex implementations and acts as a trusted advisor to customers' purchasing and pharmacy leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of implementation projects including kick-off, configuration, go-live, and training.
• Maintain project timelines, configure data feeds, and serve as the main point of contact for customers.
• Mentor other Implementation Specialists on purchasing- and cost-related workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in hospital pharmacy purchasing or a related field.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills, with familiarity with 340B and GPOs.
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills, and willingness to travel within the US.
