Field Integrated Solutions Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

• Join Xplor Pay as a Field Integrated Solutions Implementation Specialist to make a real impact every day.
• Reporting to the Director, you will help new customers get optimally set up on their platforms.
• Provide high quality service to small and medium businesses across industries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internally between Sales, Onboarding, Activations, Support, Product, and third-party vendor teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants through implementation and adoption of the Xplor Pay product suite.
• Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously to ensure on-time go-lives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in technical and customer implementation support in the technology/SaaS industry.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred. 1-2+ years in onboarding or implementation role.
• Technical aptitude, project management skills, and CRM experience like Salesforce.
