About the Role:
- WellTheory is looking for an Implementation Manager to launch enterprise clients and drive long-term success.
- You will own the end-to-end implementation process, coordinating with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- This role is cross-functional, reporting to the Co-founder, Operations.
What You'll Do:
- Own client implementation plans from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Client Success.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations against aggressive timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and resolve implementation risks.
What We Offer:

- Base salary of $100,000 - $115,000 with meaningful equity and benefits.
