Implementation Manager, Enterprise

What You’ll Do:

• Lead consultative discovery with new Enterprise customers to clarify business objectives and translate outcomes into success criteria.
• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of Enterprise implementations, from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Configure and validate technical foundations, including tracking, integrations, and data source connections.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or solutions consulting at a SaaS company with complex customers.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver multi-stakeholder projects on time.
• Technical fluency to understand APIs, webhooks, and martech platforms, and explain them to both engineers and executives.
