Lead successful launch and org-wide adoption of Fellow across largest, most complex customer deployments.
Senior, high-ownership role for someone who has run large-scale software rollouts and turns contracts into company-wide adoption.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end implementation from contract signature through full rollout and value realization.
Design and execute detailed rollout plans for org-wide deployments spanning multiple departments or regions.
Manage technical aspects including SSO/SAML configuration, integrations, and user provisioning.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or technical program management at a B2B SaaS company.
Experience with CRM and project management tools, plus working knowledge of SSO/SAML and enterprise security reviews.
Strong program and change-management skills with executive presence.
