About the Role:
- Serve as a delivery lead and trusted advisor for complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Translate business objectives into effective platform solutions with a high degree of autonomy.
- Contribute beyond your portfolio by spearheading internal initiatives and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers, owning platform configuration across Degreed platform solutions.
- Facilitate discovery workshops that define learning strategy, AI use cases, and measurable outcomes with client stakeholders.
- Own project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reporting for complex engagements.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in steering complex enterprise SaaS implementations in a professional services capacity.
- Fluency in translating platform capability into business strategy for VP- and C-level audiences.
- Working knowledge of learning ecosystem architecture and AI use case design within enterprise governance.
