Position Overview:
- Lead enterprise client implementations from committed intent through program activation.
- Focus on solution design, cross-functional execution, and delivering technically sound implementations.
- Report to Director of Professional Services and own end-to-end implementation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, operations, sales, and client success.
- Create and maintain centralized source of truth for solution design, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of technology-enabled services implementation experience.
- 5+ years vendor-side ownership of enterprise implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical architecture and operational execution.
