Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise implementations from discovery and requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform and workflow solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers throughout implementation engagements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, enterprise SaaS delivery, or CRM implementation roles.
- Strong experience supporting Salesforce platforms (LSC preferred) and regulated enterprise SaaS application environments.
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships and complex implementation projects.
