This role involves managing payroll across U.S. and international locations from a U.S. EST time zone. You'll oversee monthly and semi-monthly payroll processing across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC, managing payroll vendors, resolving employee queries, and ensuring compliance with global payroll regulations.

As an Account Director on Degreed’s Customer Success team, you will take ownership of gross and net retention by driving renewal and upsell motions while ensuring our clients achieve tangible, quantifiable value from the Degreed solution. This role combines strategic account management, consulting expertise, and product knowledge to deliver impactful results for large enterprise clients.
