Role Overview:
- Lead complex enterprise-level customer onboardings with minimal supervision.
- Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle from post-sale handoff to go-live readiness.
- Design scalable implementation frameworks, processes, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute technical go-live, including project planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Integrations, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Guide customers through AI-driven change and operationalize new processes.
