We are seeking a highly knowledgeable Cyber Policy and Strategy Analyst to provide expertise in cybersecurity and privacy policy development, interpretation, and strategic planning. This role ensures organizational policies align with NIST, OMB, FISMA, and other applicable federal requirements while promoting Section 508 compliance. The SME engages stakeholders to develop, review, and maintain policies that guide cybersecurity and privacy activities across the enterprise.

The Senior Policy, Compliance, and Training Lead will join a rapidly growing and innovative cybersecurity team and provide senior-level expertise in Risk Management Framework (RMF), compliance tracking, and the development of the enterprise-wide Security Awareness and Training Program. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert ensuring IT security policies, compliance activities, and workforce training initiatives align with federal mandates.
