IT Business Process Analyst

Role Overview:

• Lead analysis, design, and improvement of IT-supported business processes at the section or division level through automation tools.
• Implement business process automation that improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and timeliness of program processes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and maintain SharePoint solutions and automation tools, building dashboards with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Support dashboards tracking key risk and performance indicators against established thresholds.
• Integrate work across risk, audit, policy, and regulatory functions to improve efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of experience in IT business process analysis with complex, cross-departmental initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field, plus proficiency with ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience supporting risk management, audit, or compliance programs in a federal environment.
