Director, Product Management

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Director of Product Management to drive execution across Helium 10's product portfolio and lead the product managers who deliver it.
• This hands-on role runs the discovery and delivery of our innovation agenda beyond the Amazon marketplace seller into DTC, multi-channel, and AI-native experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Translate agreed priorities into a sequenced, multi-quarter roadmap and drive it to delivery, making explicit trade-offs between core platform work and new-growth bets.
• Run the new-product pipeline from validation to launch, including customer discovery, prototyping, piloting, and retiring ideas that don't clear the bar.
• Lead the global product management function across the U.S. and China, partnering with engineering, design, data, QA, and go-to-market teams to ensure commitments ship on time and at quality.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years in product management, including 5+ years of senior leadership, with demonstrated 0-to-1 product launches and multi-team roadmap delivery.
• Deep knowledge of marketplace and DTC e-commerce, with working fluency in AI- and ML-enabled products and the judgment to distinguish durable value from hype.
• Strong analytical rigor with Amplitude, Tableau, or SQL, plus exceptional operational execution and senior stakeholder communication skills.
