Application Support Engineer Team Lead

Who You Are:

• You are a motivated Application Support professional passionate about building high-performing support teams and delivering a positive customer experience.
• You excel at leading teams, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing escalations while balancing workloads and partnering with Engineering and Product leaders.

What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Application Support team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Monitor support queues and trends, resolve complex issues, and partner with Engineering, Product, and vendors to drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain enterprise applications like Jira and Confluence, develop documentation, and drive IT support best practices.

What You'll Need:

• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and 3+ years leading application support teams.
• Strong SQL/SOQL, scripting, and SDLC expertise with modern tools like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams.
