- You apply structured change methodology with discipline and adapt to the situation.
- You build trust quickly with stakeholders at every level.
- You read an organization and sense resistance before it shows in metrics.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of OCM experience.
- Demonstrated experience building and executing stakeholder, communications, and adoption plans.
- Track record of measuring and improving adoption, not just launching initiatives.
