Flow Designer
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support ITSM workflows including incident, request, problem, and change.
- Develop Flow Designer automations and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Support release testing, documentation, and post-deployment verification.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of ServiceNow administration, development, or ITSM engineering.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, scripting, and workflow configuration.
- Experience with ITIL-aligned service operations and API integrations.
